Join Memory Makers and National Trust this Spring, to forage wild garlic in the grounds of Rowallane Garden and make your own condiments. Our workshops are suitable for all levels and are the perfect way to spend time with family and friends.

About the event
This Spring, join us for our Foraged Wild Garlic workshop in collaboration with the National Trust at Rowallane Garden. Immerse yourself in nature as a National Trust gardening volunteer leads you on a brief walk to wooded areas to gather your own wild garlic. Memory Makers will then show you how to create tasty condiments using your foraged garlic, perfect for enhancing spring salads, barbecues, and cheeses.
The workshop will last about 1.5 hours and will include:
A guided foraging walk led by a National Trust gardening volunteer
A step-by-step demonstration with the chance to make your own wild garlic condiments
Tasting Memory Makers' condiments with local cheese and biscuits
Access to Rowallane Garden from 10 AM to 6 PM on the day of the workshop
